Students Interview Professor Opie
During course of each semester, I interview students in my class as a way of getting to know each other better. By the way, I do the same with the U 14 girls lacrosse team I help coach. Author Jon Gordon shared the concept as part of team building exercises he recommends in his book The Power of Positive Team. I recommend the book to teachers, coaches, parents, and managers as a great read. At the end of each semester, I started the tradition of giving the students the option of interviewing me and they love it as you will hear. The students ask me about my childhood, Syracuse days, how I met my wife, parenting, advice, and my future. Follow the Fred Opie show and the content Fred shares on his website, Twitter and Facebook.
