Today we continue the series on Dr. Alvenia Fulton and her valuable contributions to the world as a nutritionist and naturopath.

Dr. Alvenia Fulton found, the best opportunities in the field of nutrition required an undergraduate four-year degree in a related science and/or medical field, a master’s degree, and a two-year internship thereafter in healthcare with a physician. In 1972, Fulton writes, in the coming years there will be increasing demands for teachers and nutrition. For the best nutrition coming out of school and/or internships, “the pay is excellent and opportunities unlimited.”
