How is Your Fiber Intake Part 3

More on our series on fiber. A diet low in fiber is related to diseases like colon cancer and coronary heart disease. These diseases have been rare in the west and central African societies of our African ancestors. Great sources of fiber are breads and cereals made with ancient grains, many of them from West and Central Africa such as millet, sorghum, amaranth, teff, fonio and brown rice.
