Recently someone inquired what I knew about the history of African Americans and tea parties. I found the query interesting because not long ago in an attempt to improve my health I started purchasing and consuming herbal teas. A search through my archives produced enough to do a series on tea and what Dr. Fulton (the subject of my current research) wrote about the topic. In chronological order I'll unpack enough in each post to inspire people to read and apply the findings to their lives.
