Dr. Fulton had a lot to say about the importance of vitamin D:

Vitamin D aids the body in developing strong bones and teeth. Is he sensitive children and pregnant and nursing mothers. Cod and halibut liver oil is a rich source of vitamin D. It's also found in smaller amounts in dairy products, salmon, oysters, and sardines. And you can obtain at the time spent in the sun for a ultraviolet light and/or lamp. Average diet does contain sufficient vitamin D. Our body needs vitamins; we become mature when we eat for the taste and the said to nutrients.
