Thanksgiving is a great holiday and even better one when you're not doing the cooking. As someone who does lots of oral histories and the host of podcasts I'm a big Story Corp fan. I found this interview in the Story Corp archives with Marge Klindera of Illinois. She was a home economics teacher who in her transition to retirement worked at a seasonal call center on thanksgiving day on a turkey hotline for cooks in distress.
