Today we continue the series on good nutrition and the work of Dr. Alvenia M. Fulton. This particular story focuses on the health benefits of juicing.

According to naturopath Dr. Alvenia Fulton, an excellent health plan is to schedule one day a week in which your diet is nothing but raw fruit and vegetable juices. This serves as a cleansing diet for your digestive system. Some suggestions for reducing RS follows: it's better in general to drink fruit and vegetable juices separately. The freshest produce is the best in terms of nutrients. Clean all produce well before juicing and use them with their skin which is high in nutrients.
