Mike Lynch is Senior Director of Athletics (AD) and Athletic Advancement at Babson College.  Lynch has served as an Assistant Vice President and Director of Athletics at Boston University (BU). During his tenure, BU won more than 50 conference championships.  In 2011, he won the Under Armour Athletic Director of the Year Award. Lynch has worked in athletics at the University of Miami. Lynch is a member of the Rollins College Athletic Hall of Fame. He shares his 5-year vision for Babson Athletics; his journey from Binghamton, New York to Rollins, advice for would be college athletes and their parents. Lynch also provides great advice for those interested in a professional career in athletic administration.
