What does Alan Lowe mean by the game within the game? Why was Bob Rule so important to the game of lacrosse? Alan Lowe is a University of Maryland and National Lacrosse Hall of Famer. He played on Maryland’s 1967 national championship team and captained the 1974 US national team. As the head lacrosse coach at Manhasset high school he has coached all Americans, blue-chip recruits, and Hall of Famers too many to number. He’s one of the few who shares a space in the national lacrosse Hall of Fame with his sons Darren and Kevin Lowe. Both Darren and Kevin have agreed to come on the show at a later date. Today we unpack Alan Lowe’s lacrosse journey on the Fred Opie show. Follow the Fred Opie show and the content Fred shares on his website, Twitter and Facebook. Take the time to review the show on iTunes, Stitcher, and Soundcloud.
