A native of Towson, Maryland a suburb of Baltimore, Joe Bresch is the Head Men’s Lacrosse coach at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill (UNC). He is a UNC alum, All-American, and two-time US national team player. He shares his lacrosse journey, decision to go into coaching, the transition from assistant coach to head coach, how he decides who will receive scholarship money, and how he has structured his program including holding practice in the morning. We learn about the food and beverages he associates with growing up in Baltimore and attending college in North Carolina, training table for his Tar Heel players, and eating to training to win.
