Babson College Professor of History and Foodways Frederick Douglass Opie talks with Brooks about developing alternatives foodways in Boston. Foodways is the study of why you eat what you eat and how that has changed over time. The interview took place at the Boston University Food in the City Conference held in February of 2012.
